Most orders enter production quickly. Because of this, we may not be able to cancel or edit an order once it has been submitted.

If you notice an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

## 3. Shipping Policy
All Trusting the Anchor products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners.
Orders include two stages:
1. **Production time** — the time needed to create your item.
2. **Shipping time** — the time needed for the carrier to deliver your order after production is complete.
Most products are produced within a few business days, but production times can vary depending on the item, order volume, product availability, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping method, and delivery address.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.
### Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, holiday delays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will help review the issue.
### Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned, lost, or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.

### Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within **30 days of delivery**.
Please include:

* Clear photos showing the problem
* A photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our production partner to offer a replacement, reprint, or refund when appropriate.
You do not need to contact our production partner directly. Please contact Trusting the Anchor first so we can handle the issue for you.
### Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the tracking and work with our production partner when possible. Lost-package resolutions depend on the tracking status, delivery address accuracy, carrier information, and production partner policies.

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started.
Because many orders are sent to production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee cancellation, refund, or order changes.
